The Royal Flying Doctor Service is bringing back its popular Outback Explorer Competition, with $10,000 up for grabs for the best video.

Meredith Staib, the CEO of RFDS Queensland, said the competition was about celebrating what made our regional lifestyle unique and encouraged everyday Queenslanders to tell their stories.

“This is a fantastic initiative for people to get creative and share a glimpse into life in regional, rural and remote Queensland,” she said.

“We want to see everything from school runs to station life, morning routines to community gatherings.

“It’s about celebrating what makes your slice of Queensland special.”

Elders has once again thrown its support behind the Outback Explorer Competition, joining forces with the RFDS to help highlight the unique spirit of life in rural and remote Queensland.

The competition runs until August 26.

Videos can be posted to Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
